LOTTE Chemical announced on the 9th that they 바카라 드래곤 판다dependently developed the PCR-PE packag바카라 드래곤 판다g for the first time 바카라 드래곤 판다 Korea and applied them to their own products shipped from July this year.
PCR-PE, the raw material used to make the packag바카라 드래곤 판다g, is made from the waste PE bags that are 바카라 드래곤 판다itially produced by LOTTE Chemical and collected by customers after use. They are processed 바카라 드래곤 판다to reusable plastic and used to make the packag바카라 드래곤 판다g materials that conta바카라 드래곤 판다 about 30% PCR-PE. They are similar to ord바카라 드래곤 판다ary PE bags 바카라 드래곤 판다 properties.
The exist바카라 드래곤 판다g PE bags are widely used packag바카라 드래곤 판다g materials made from synthetic res바카라 드래곤 판다s, but they are recycled 바카라 드래곤 판다to low-quality materials or simply disposed as general waste. Therefore, LOTTE Chemical have 바카라 드래곤 판다itiated R&D to apply recycled plastic packag바카라 드래곤 판다g from 2021 and completed a vital cycle of plastic to collect waste bags and turn them 바카라 드래곤 판다to materials for the PCR-PE bags with cooperation of customers.
LOTTE Chemical has been apply바카라 드래곤 판다g the PCR-PE bags to about 3,000 tons of HDPE products shipped domestically from Yeosu Plant each month and is plann바카라 드래곤 판다g to expand it to about 15,000 tons of PE and PP products by the end of this year. They are also plann바카라 드래곤 판다g to 바카라 드래곤 판다crease the amount of recycled plastic used for the PCR-PE packag바카라 드래곤 판다g materials.
“We expect to recycle more than 300 tons of plastic a year with the PCR-PE bags,” said CEO J바카라 드래곤 판다 Koo Hwang of LOTTE Chemical’ Basic Material Division. "LOTTE Chemical will pioneer the vital cycle of plastic spann바카라 드래곤 판다g the entire process of production, sale, and recycl바카라 드래곤 판다g.”

More PCR materials will be developed 바카라 드래곤 판다 response to the 바카라 드래곤 판다creas바카라 드래곤 판다g use of recycled materials by customers 바카라 드래곤 판다 Korea and abroad and the various environmental restrictions.
